We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Operations Support Specialist to join our team at the NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit. As a key member of our Commercial Directorate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM system and providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer the CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes and systems.
- Provide expert training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system to achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate the production of CRM system and user documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the Client Business Partner in the production of organisational Performance reports and metrics.
- Participate in working groups, facilitating discussions and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Experience in a CRM or Sales Support role, with knowledge of CRM or account management methodologies.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Expert understanding of the concepts and techniques of spreadsheets and relational databases.
- Proven ability to design and manage programmes of work, preferably within Salesforce.
