About the Role
We're seeking an Associate Customer Relationship Manager to join our Customer Connections team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Log and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Capture customer intelligence and insights to inform our business strategy.
- Act as a data champion for our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer pipeline.
- Have basic knowledge of TOCO and articulate complex concepts in a customer-friendly way.
- Understand customer needs and keep them informed through regular progress meetings and communications.
- Share knowledge, coach, and develop Assistant Relationship Managers.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple customers or stakeholders.
- Proven track record of influencing at a peer level.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple activities running in parallel.
- Experience in relationship and/or account management preferred.
- Experience in using a CRM system (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £41,000 - £48,000 based on experience.
- 26 days annual leave plus eight statutory days.
- The option to buy additional or sell holiday days.
