About the Role:

KFC UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Manage Restaurant Team: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Drive Sales and Profit Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are likely to return.
  • Manage Restaurant Budget: Oversee the restaurant budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the restaurant is operating within budget.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a track record of driving sales and profit growth.
  • Restaurant Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
