Position Details

Type: Permanent Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Salary: Competitive, ranging from £21K to £23K based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming telephone inquiries
  • Documenting and relaying precise messages
  • Handling email communications
  • Collaborating with various documents
  • Following up on outstanding documents from clients and suppliers
  • Inputting data into the company database
  • Supporting Business Development Managers in the Commercial Division to enhance customer experience
