Role Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator is integral to delivering top-tier administrative support to our Sales Team and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote Westfield Health and Wellbeing offerings
  • Prepare detailed quotations upon request, collaborating with the Health and Wellbeing consultant and the client
  • Facilitate the onboarding of corporate accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with internal teams

We seek candidates who possess the requisite experience and skill set, ideally gained in a support and customer service context, with knowledge of health & wellbeing products and familiarity with FCA regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Education and Qualifications

  • Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role within a sales context
  • Experience engaging with corporate clients and commercial stakeholders
  • Skilled in cultivating strong, trusted relationships with a diverse clientele and colleagues
  • Proficient in delivering exceptional internal and external customer service

Skills

  • Proficient in IT, including office software and remote communication platforms (MS Teams/Zoom)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive approach to managing multiple inquiries
  • Attention to detail, capable of providing and conveying comprehensive product and management information
