Sales Support Coordinator

Unsworth is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Support Coordinator to join our expanding sales department. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize lead generation tools and databases to identify potential clients and engage with them through telephone calls to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques and build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  3. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system and achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in sales roles, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals and familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and access to award-winning staff development program offering ongoing professional development.
