Role Overview:

  • Set up, configure, and sustain computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware challenges.
  • Offer assistance for IT-related inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes with precision.
  • Effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications.
  • Address service requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
