Gl Salesforce Business Analyst Role

Gl is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to play a key role in their large-scale transformation of commercial processes.

About the Role
  • Ensure the maintenance and configuration of the Salesforce Platform to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee system configuration and maintenance to ensure seamless integration and data management.
  • Manage integration and data migration to ensure accurate and timely data transfer.
  • Lead the rollout of Salesforce in wider business units to drive business process improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience of end-to-end Salesforce implementations, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and its product suite (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud essential).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements.
