About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team at PRIMA Partners Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex transformational projects that drive growth and profitability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business needs.
  • Construct target data models based on a combination of standard, custom, and third-party objects.
  • Run technical training or lead technical "deep-dive" sessions with clients.
  • Write Apex triggers, classes, and associated test classes.
  • Write Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components.
  • Design and own the development lifecycle and DevOps procedures for projects across sandboxes and live environments.
  • Work with existing admin and development teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration and management.
  • Support the development of Salesforce resources by participating in team discussions and sharing learnings.
  • Collaborate on several concurrent projects, which may include coding and design, coordinating new releases, or documenting projects.
  • Provide clients with expertise on APIs, integration technical best practices, data export and load, including guidance and support for data migration activities.
  • Hands-on data engineering experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in computer science, computer engineering, but other disciplines considered.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications as a minimum.
  • Database skills - SQL, data modeling, etc.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented technologies to develop software applications.
Desirable Skills
  • Demonstrated technical and development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and use of third-party APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and third-party integration tools such as Jitterbit.
  • Experience of Salesforce DevOps practices, including use of Scratch orgs, Git source control, and GitHub repositories.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS styling, mobile app development, and UX/UI design an advantage.
