Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Survey Administration: Manage the administration of new customer surveys, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Paperwork Management: Scan and upload all surveyor paperwork, maintaining a secure and organized digital record.
  3. Building Control Administration: Assist with Building Control related administration, providing support to the team as needed.
  4. Contract Variations: Handle variation of contract paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Customer Communication: Communicate survey-related issues with customers, providing clear and concise information to resolve queries.
  6. Order Processing: Assist with the processing of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  7. Installation Support: Provide support to the Installation Manager and service engineers, ensuring seamless coordination of installation schedules.
  8. Installation Scheduling: Work with customers to arrange installation dates, ensuring alignment with fitting team schedules.
  9. Installation Confirmation: Liaise with the fitting team to confirm installation completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Final Payments: Collaborate with the contracts team to facilitate final payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  11. Inventory Management: Order additional parts or stock items required to complete installations, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  12. Service Engineer Scheduling: Book service engineers, surveyors, or quality control visits as necessary, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  13. Customer Updates: Record and upload relevant paperwork on customer files, keeping customers informed of progress and answering queries.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Type:

Full-time, Temporary to Permanent/Permanent.

Salary:

From £24,000.00 per year.
