Job DescriptionWe're looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to join our Customer Experience team. As a Senior Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
You'll work closely with our Fulfilment team, Sales team, and Product team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service
- Assisting with event hosting and client communications
- Working closely with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
- Providing information and guidance for customers in advance of travel
- Working closely with our Fulfilment Team to ensure a deep understanding of trip details
- Using customer interaction to improve our CRM
We're looking for someone with experience in customer service within a commercial environment, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or membership sectors. An interest in golf is a significant asset. A positive and creative approach, great communication skills, and a desire to learn and develop are essential.
