Complaints Resolution Specialist

Huntswood is seeking a skilled Complaints Processer to join an exciting project for a large retail bank. If you have a wealth of complaints handling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an office environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner.
- Gather information to decide on a resolution and communicate this to the customer using available systems.
- A minimum of 12 months financial services complaint handling experience.
- Business Banking product experience would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to work at client's office in Bristol.
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
- An initial 5 months contract.
