Job Summary:
Huntswood is seeking a skilled Business Banking Complaint Resolution Specialist to join an exciting project for a large retail bank. As a Complaint Resolution Expert, you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer complaints to a high level and communicate the resolution in a bespoke letter and over the telephone.
- Use a dedicated complaint handling system to support your delivery of the right outcome to customers.
- Interrogate various systems with an inquisitive mind to gather information to support your decision.
- Prepare bespoke letters to support clear and compliant communication with our customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months financial services complaint handling experience, including writing bespoke final response letters.
- Business Banking product experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take and make calls to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience of providing feedback and guidance when required about the complaints process.
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
