Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates on the status of their complaints.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to complaints handling.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the complaints handling process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in financial services complaint handling.
  • Business Banking product experience is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate through in-house databases.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
