Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative tasks within the branch that enhance operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.

This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    Oversee the accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts to facilitate centralized operations. Proactively monitor lease agreements, contract maintenance, and special billing, addressing any issues promptly to support customer service and branch profitability.
  • Fleet Management:
    Execute fleet service activities including vehicle licensing, permitting, and processing citations. Coordinate external services related to asset management, ensuring compliance with maintenance protocols.
  • Process Improvement:
    Conduct analyses of various processes such as billing and accounts receivable, identifying potential risks to profitability and recommending actionable solutions. Utilize systems like Qlikview or AS400 for data-driven decision-making.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Maintain personnel files, manage payroll processes, and handle onboarding paperwork for new hires. Assist with projects and tasks as directed by financial management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or financial administration.
  • Adept at learning quickly and engaging in collaborative projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Consistent attendance is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the required work schedule.
