Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proactive individual to join the Transplant Directorate, providing exceptional administrative support while overseeing a dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong organizational skills to enhance departmental efficiency and make a significant impact.
  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities with personnel at all levels, both internally and externally, fostering effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to changes in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team, effectively prioritizing and managing workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver a professional, effective, and efficient administrative service to the Transplant Directorate, including HPB, Transplant, and General Surgery, catering to patients, services, relatives, and colleagues.
  • Support senior management in optimizing service delivery, including clinic utilization and waiting list management.
  • Handle invoices, coordinate meetings, and take minutes to ensure smooth operations.
