We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee the general administration of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Financial Management: Process invoices and manage expenses in collaboration with our Finance department.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce and analyze reports, and compose correspondence as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Software: Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
