About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the Yorkshire region. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with new customers within the Convenience Retail channel, driving sales growth for our globally recognized FMCG brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at convenience retail outlets across Yorkshire (York, Castleford, Wakefield, Wetherby).
  • Execute direct market activation strategies to increase brand visibility and product placement within stores.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective promotional activities and in-store merchandising.
  • Provide training and support to distributor staff on our products and sales initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

Your Profile:

  • A highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
  • Valid driver's license required.
