Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Solid Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the defence industry.

**Key Highlights:**

* Location: UK-based, with some attendance at our Chichester head office.
* Salary: £40k - £65k, plus benefits and bonuses (dependent on experience).
* Role: Help us grow our business in a leading sustainability company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence industry.
* Service Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data on MS Dynamics.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* Sustainability Focus: Strong passion for sustainability and understanding of sustainability-related topics.
* Relationship-Oriented: Builds strong relationships within the business and with clients.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong sales skills with experience closing B2B deals.
