Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager in Aerospace Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Southampton. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our aerospace manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure timely delivery of quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
