Quality Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at a leading Aerospace manufacturer. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve quality objectives
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role in a highly regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
