Position Overview:
An Administrator is sought for a small, established, and friendly team. This role is dynamic and varied, requiring a candidate who is proficient with computers and possesses exceptional communication abilities. The annual salary is £25,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Match and generate production orders against PosProcess orders
  • Process returns efficiently
  • Gather information from suppliers, carriers, and customers
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform data entry and other administrative duties related to stock management

Benefits:
£25,000 per annum
20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
Pension Scheme

Required Experience:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Previous experience with high-volume data entry is advantageous
  • A background in order processing, sales administration, or returns is preferred
