Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Enhancements Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective control of all programme/project documentation, administering non-specialist project information systems, and providing a comprehensive sourcing service for RRV, Small Plant, and Welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain document control processes and storage for all Alliance design and construction products.
- Monitor compliance with document control processes and procedures across the Alliance programme and project teams.
- Control information flows with external suppliers in accordance with document control requirements.
- Undertake general office administration duties, including mail control, diary coordination, personnel record maintenance, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, produce documentation, and disseminate information to the team.
- Provide a consistent telephone presence and excellent customer service levels.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and utilize financial and procurement systems.
- Report team problems and monitor response.
- Undertake administrative tasks as directed, including technical literature searches.
Person Specification
We're looking for a candidate with advanced Microsoft Office skills and relevant experience in document control processes and techniques. Knowledge of the railway industry is desirable.
