About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Offer guidance, support, and structure to help our young people develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Support our children in accessing education and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Participate in clinically led training to enhance your skills and practice.
  • Contribute to household duties and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Organize and participate in activities, outings, and social events to promote socialization and fun.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, previous experience in a therapeutic environment, or relevant qualifications.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92-£12.54, with a £30.00 additional sleep-in rate.

Shift Pattern

16-24 Hour (including Sleep-in) on a one on two off or two on four off basis.
