About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our IT Leadership team as a Global IT Communications and Change Manager. This highly valued role will partner closely with global IT and Digital teams, our wider communication and change network, as well as internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communications: Operate as a trusted, strategic business partner to members of our IT Leadership team, to effectively plan and deliver integrated communications that address business challenges, customer needs, and the opportunities our Digital strategy brings.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and impactful content that engages, inspires, and connects people across the organization.
  • Culture and Branding: Play a key role in the build-up and rollout of our IT culture, recognition, and brand identity campaign.
  • Onboarding and Training: Partner with our People team to further develop our onboarding materials to ensure new joiners are welcomed into our function and understand our strategy, culture, and ways of working.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Develop metrics to measure and demonstrate the return on investment from communications activities.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience partnering with and influencing key stakeholders on communication best practice, tone of voice, and engagement approach.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil technical concepts into clear, engaging messages.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and building community.
Education and Experience
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communications and change, preferably within IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading change management efforts for large-scale culture and transformation projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
