Job Title: Change Communications Lead

Location: Hybrid working arrangement with 1-2 days on-site

Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Communications Lead to play a critical role in ensuring successful change implementation at BSI. As a key member of our Change Communications team, you will lead the planning, shaping, and delivery of communication strategies to support the successful roll-out and adoption of change programs across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of change communication strategies, aligning them to organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with wider project/programme teams to define the core narrative and key messaging, ensuring consistency and clarity across various channels
  • Develop and implement change communication campaigns, utilizing a mix of communication channels to engage stakeholders and promote change adoption
  • Provide strategic counsel and coaching to senior leaders and project sponsors, enabling clear change messaging and engagement with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change communications initiatives, analyzing metrics and feedback to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communications of change-related updates
  • Manage and collaborate with a team of Change Communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional growth

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within Change Communications and engagement
  • Demonstrable line management experience
  • High level of strategic thinking and management within Change Communications
  • Great experience across a variety of channels (e.g., email, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
  • Experience adapting communications to varying audiences
