About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Communications Strategist to join our team at BSI. As a Change Communications Strategist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key messaging and ensure consistency across various channels.
  • Design and implement change communication campaigns that engage stakeholders and promote organizational change.
  • Provide strategic counsel and coaching to senior leaders and project sponsors to ensure clear change messaging and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change communications initiatives, analyzing metrics and feedback to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communications of change-related updates.
  • Manage and collaborate with a team of Change Communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Change Communications and engagement.
  • Demonstrable line management experience.
  • High level of strategic thinking and management within Change Communications.
  • Great experience across a variety of channels (email, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience adapting communications to varying audiences.
  • Previous experience in culture and behavioral change would be highly beneficial.
