Exciting Opportunity at BSI

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Change Communications Strategist to join our team in a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract with flexible working arrangements.

About the Role:

As a Change Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to support business transformation initiatives at BSI. You will work closely with project teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with project teams to define core narratives and key messages
  • Create communication campaigns using various channels, including digital platforms and internal communications tools
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and project sponsors on communication matters
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including project teams, senior leaders, and other business functions
  • Manage a team of communication professionals and provide guidance on communication best practices

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in change communications and business transformation
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a communications or change management function
  • High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with communication channels, including digital platforms, internal communications tools, and social media
  • Ability to adapt communication approaches to different audiences and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in culture and behavioral change is highly desirable
