About the Role

Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced Change Communications Manager to lead our internal communications efforts and drive employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Communications Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive change communications plans that effectively engage employees and drive behavioral change.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to develop and implement change communications plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage Change Content: Coordinate and maintain change content across various channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative that resonates with employees.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance and support to colleagues on change communications best practices, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped to effectively communicate change.
  • Develop Change Toolkits: Create and maintain a 'Change Toolkit' for senior leaders and project leads to upskill them in change communications and provide a framework for effective change management.
  • Employee Listening and Feedback: Ensure that employee feedback is incorporated into the change process, and that stakeholders are informed throughout.
  • Tone of Voice: Ensure that our internal tone of voice is consistently applied across all change communications, promoting a human, empathetic, and clear line of sight to the change story.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Qualification: A postgraduate qualification in Change Management and/or an IOIC/CIPR qualification in Internal Communications.
  • Business Partner Experience: Experience as an Internal Communications Leader with business partner experience, preferably in Technology, Transformation, or HR.
  • Change Communications Expertise: Proven success in designing, leading, and implementing change communications plans that result in behavioral and organizational change for hard-to-reach audiences.
  • Change Toolkit Development: Experience in developing and implementing a 'Change Toolkit' to support leaders across the organization in leading small-scale change.
  • Large-Scale Change Communications: Experience in leading, coordinating, and managing large-scale people-impact change communications, such as restructures, redundancies, pensions, and changes to T&Cs.
  • Compelling Change Storytelling: Ability to create a compelling change story and associated communications plan across complex programs with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Employer Brand Implications: Experience in leading change programs with employer brand implications, including consulting with unions, employee associations, and trade bodies.
  • Coaching and Advising: Knowledge of coaching and advising C-Suite leaders in change to ensure they understand their role in change.
  • Internal Communications and Change: Understanding of the role internal communications and change play in employee engagement.
