Change Communications Manager - 6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Change Communications Manager to lead and deliver change and communication strategies for a major IT transformation program, impacting over 7,000 employees globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a detailed change communication strategy for key projects, including network modernisation, Active Directory consolidation, and a Windows 11 upgrade.
  • Perform Change Impact Assessments, identify stakeholder groups, and produce communication strategies to meet their needs.
  • Build a Change Community across the organisation to drive engagement and manage resistance.
  • Collaborate with IT Learning to align communications with user training and support.
  • Create communication materials, such as emails, briefing documents, and video content.
  • Ensure business readiness by identifying and implementing strategies to overcome user resistance.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Change Management and Communications roles, with at least 3-5 years as a Change & Communications Manager.
  • Experience delivering change in large-scale IT transformation projects, particularly involving M365, Windows 11, and Intune.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A recognised Change Management certification.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Contract Length: 6 months

Day Rate: £650/day (Inside IR35)
