Change & Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Change & Communications Manager to join our team at Markel International Services Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to promote employee adoption and engagement with organizational changes.
- Design and deliver communication plans to support the technology function and associated change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working.
- Provide training and knowledge support to employees, helping them to develop the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Work closely with the Communications and Organizational Change Management teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and plans.
- Proven experience in leading and presenting technology-enabled change, including Microsoft 365.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix framework.
- Robust understanding of how people go through change and how to support associated new ways of working and culture change.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly and compellingly to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
