About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change & Communications Manager to join our team at Markel International Services Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving change and ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to promote employee adoption and engagement with new technologies and processes.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with change.
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management and communications, with a strong track record of success in driving organizational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its impact on business operations.
