Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, and empathy.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent.
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills through training and development opportunities.
