- Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, and empathy.
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent.
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through training and development opportunities.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
- Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications.
