In the UK, we operate 7 Tefal (Home & Cook) stores and have plans for further expansion. Our established store has been a staple in the retail community, celebrating a significant milestone.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, focusing on training staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. You will report directly to the Head of Retail and collaborate with fellow Store Managers nationwide to exchange innovative ideas.

Key Duties:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies while setting a positive example for your team.
  • Motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze weekly performance metrics and develop strategic solutions to maintain store performance.
  • Enhance store presentation through engaging merchandising techniques.
  • Monitor financial performance, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with neighboring stores and center management to create an inviting shopping environment.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
