Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising.
- Employee Development: Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceptional customer service. You will have:
- Leadership Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a retail leadership role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Retail Knowledge: Experience working in a luxury retail environment, with a strong understanding of fashion, jewellery, and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
