The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Swindon. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance, leading the store team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term store goals and strategies
  • Manage store operations and performance, ensuring commercial and operational excellence
  • Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, providing a personalized and tailored experience
  • Manage stock levels, making key decisions to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Ensure promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
  • Recruit and retain top talent, conducting regular performance reviews and probation reviews

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
  • A passion for premium or luxury product, with a proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong commercial and product management skills, with the ability to flex between customer service, operational, technical, and visual elements
  • Confidence working under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivation, focus, and drive to achieve team and individual goals
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to bring out the best in your team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
