Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at REISS, a leading luxury fashion brand. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Outlet Store in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the overall store operations, including stock levels, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a personalized and tailored service is provided to customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control, to minimize loss and maximize sales.
- Merchandising: Ensure that promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop talent within the store, ensuring a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and probation reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and achieving goals.
- Experience: Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation, preferably in a luxury or premium brand.
- Skills: Proven track record of increasing overall business performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing stock levels and merchandising.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and develop a team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members are meeting expectations and achieving goals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
