About the Product Commercialisation Manager Role

The Product Commercialisation Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a product's successful entry into the market and its sustained performance post-launch. This position will be responsible for bridging the gap between product development and market launch, working closely with internal enablement teams and Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product commercialisation plan, aligning with business objectives and ensuring delivery of a robust outline of new products, features, and pricing to support sales and drive stronger alignment on product capabilities.
  • Define product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products in the market, and develop comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and develop appropriate distribution channels to maximise sales reach, and manage the budget and resources for product commercialisation activities.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders about product launch status and issues, and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers to facilitate smooth product introduction and adoption.
  • Conduct and analyse market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and develop sales tools, training, and support materials to equip the sales team.
  • Collect and analyse post-launch feedback from customers and sales teams, and monitor product performance, adjusting strategies as needed based on feedback.
  • Implement improvements based on performance data and feedback to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product development, marketing, and sales to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements
