Are you an innovative and motivated professional with a strong interest in product strategy? We are seeking a skilled Lead Product Launch Strategist to become a vital part of our Product Launch Management team. In this position, you will oversee and guide the introduction of new products across various devices, features, and services on a global scale.

As a key member of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive launch strategies for our products. You will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully bring groundbreaking products to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with diverse teams within the organization to develop and implement both long-term and short-term product and feature roadmaps.
  • Establish financial strategies, assortment plans, pricing models, and distribution channels for new product launches.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to support informed decision-making and user insights.
  • Evaluate and enhance processes to ensure top-tier delivery standards.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to guarantee synchronized and timely launch initiatives.
  • Create and present project documentation to facilitate decision-making and alignment across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, documentation efforts, and coordination for product launches.
A Day in the Life:
  • Participate in Weekly Business Reviews with leadership.
  • Analyze Customer Beta feedback for products under development.
  • Conduct status meetings with Product Managers, Finance, and Category teams.
  • Provide competitive insights on new product launches to leadership.
  • Review product detail pages in collaboration with the Creative team.
  • Discuss product assortment strategies with partner teams.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience in product or project management.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development and an understanding of priorities for next-generation devices.
  • Clear communication of needs and requirements.
  • Able to foster focus and excellence within programs and across the organization.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in making critical business decisions and executing product launches that exceed customer expectations.
