We are in search of a Lead Product Strategist to assist in the development of an unparalleled communication hub that facilitates real-time interactions through both Voice and Chat.
As a Lead Product Strategist for our Voice and Chat divisions, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the roadmap and user experience for our communication features across FACEIT. Collaborating closely with our design, engineering, and product marketing teams, you will ensure a top-tier communication experience that enhances gameplay and cultivates dynamic gaming communities through an engaging and dependable platform that strengthens player connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our customer base, both current and prospective.
- Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative user research to identify user needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Lead the formulation of the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators necessary for delivering innovative features and experiences for both Chat and Voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product marketing to create experiences that captivate users.
- Oversee projects, product, and feature launches in partnership with other teams.
- Leverage data analytics to prioritize features, assess success, and refine product enhancements.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by both providing and receiving constructive feedback.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within a technology or gaming context.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for managing and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Robust analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research and discovery.
- A proactive approach to learning and development, with a readiness to tackle new challenges.
- Capability to provide and receive constructive feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in effectively prioritizing features based on user insights, business context, and data.
