Capital Group seeks a seasoned Product Launch and Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Global Product Strategy & Development (GPSD) team.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the successful delivery of investment vehicle product launches and significant product modifications across Europe and Asia. Your expertise will ensure seamless connections between product development, planning, and execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and global best practices.
Your Impact:- Lead the charge: Guide and oversee a diverse portfolio of product development and launch initiatives, meticulously aligning them with strategic business objectives.
- Strategic problem-solving: Collaborate with GPSD leaders to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges related to product launches and modifications. This includes navigating regulatory obligations and ensuring alignment with global product priorities.
- Subject matter expert: Cultivate in-depth knowledge of end-to-end product launch processes and requirements, understanding the intricate impact on various enterprise teams.
- Champion continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance product launch capabilities, contributing to the development of GPSD's launch and delivery center of excellence.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in project management within the asset management industry. Your experience should encompass:
- Minimum seven years of project management experience, consistently delivering business outcomes on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Familiarity with a wide range of investment products and vehicles, including UCITS Funds, is highly desirable.
- Experience leading successful business or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment, collaborating across product development, planning, and launch functions.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to facilitate complex discussions and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative approach, adept at partnering cross-functionally to solve intricate problems and influence others to achieve shared goals.
- Proven success in strategic and operational project delivery, encompassing business strategy, technology systems, and vendor management. You possess the ability to adapt and lead flexible delivery models for optimal execution.
