We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Program Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our UK operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery for a prestigious client, leading a dedicated team of field engineers, a manager, and key customer contacts.
  • Record and resolve fault tickets promptly, ensuring efficient assignment of work to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Upload necessary documents to customer portals and manage pricing worksheets.
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are completed and generate monthly reports.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer and support the team manager, including acting as a proxy when needed.
