Job Summary

The Program Coordinator will oversee the Southern All of Us Network (SAoUN) operations and reporting, ensuring alignment with the Notice of Grant Award milestones. This position will manage logistical support, coordinate with other Regional Medical Centers and the national program, and develop program plans and directives.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the SAoUN, ensuring alignment with program milestones.
  • Communicate NIH updates to partner sites, facilitating process implementation and changes to key indicators.
  • Prepare NIH technical reports and submit required financial reports.
  • Conduct post-award financial and grants management.
  • Manage regulatory responsibilities, including IRB submissions as required.
  • Monitor enrollment, engagement, and retention outcomes for the SAoUN.
  • Cultivate participant recruitment initiatives within and external to UAB.
  • Manage subaward initiation, invoicing, and payments.
  • Coordinate ongoing operations with staff for sample collection processing and shipments.
  • Contribute to grant writing and application submissions.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of attention to detail, and strong ability to collaborate with others.
