About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Douglas Stuart Ltd. as we continue to grow our presence in the energy sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Represent Douglas Stuart Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build relationships and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management, ideally in the contract recruitment sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector and its trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
