Account Manager – Blue Light

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Custodial, Blue Light and Government Team at Johnson Controls International. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage our business with Custodial, Blue Light & Government Sector customers, growing and protecting revenue while creating new growth in the Blue Light Sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will sell our product portfolio, leveraging technology innovation to enhance relationships and drive revenue growth on a national basis. They will deliver exceptional customer service through structured account review processes and a customer-centric approach, understanding customers' KPIs and how we can facilitate these. The Account Manager will work closely with our design and operations team to deliver detailed bids that meet customer requirements.

Requirements

To succeed as an Account Manager, you will be able to maintain and develop relationships through a structured approach. You will have experience working within the Blue Light and Government customers, understanding Police requirements. Knowledge of framework agreements and standard contract terms is essential. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively and autonomously, demonstrating drive and determination to succeed. Computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools, is important. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate will be required to hold or undertake vetting to NPPV3 & SC level.
