We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Administrator to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment. As an Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients' private estates, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the estate office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage estate property services, including utilities, internet, and other services, ensuring timely renewals and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of estate staff holidays, vehicle fleet administration, and mobile phone accounts.
  • Assist Principals with general administration tasks, including booking flights, taxis, and transport, as well as liaising with staff for driving tasks.
  • Support with event organization, including booking restaurants and managing logistics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including ordering supplies, reconciling paperwork, and managing petty cash.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
