**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
To support Estate Services Manager (ESM) to provide effective estate management services to our customers.

Delivers day to day activity as defined by the manager. Plays an active role in the team takes responsibility for your own performance and delivery in the role. Aligns behaviours to PA Housing values. Ensures open and honest interaction with colleagues to develop trust and challenges when things aren’t right.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- Proactively manage and fully resolve day to day estate enquiries, in line with PA
- Housings customer service standards.
- Run tree and garden amnesty campaigns as directed by ESO.
- Take minutes at meetings and provide administrative support to meetings,
- Works and adapts to allow the department to operate efficiently and effectively at all times, constantly seeking to improve

- Experience of contract management or supervision.
- Have a methodical approach to tasks and prioritise effectively to meet individual, team, department and organisation wide targets.
- Knowledge of social housing.
- Educated to GCSE (grade A-C) standard or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of the role.
