Key Responsibilities- Lead the Sales and Projects teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase revenue and market share.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Protect and promote the FSS brand reputation through excellent customer service and relationship building.
- Motivate and lead the teams to maximise sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and business development.
- Strong commercial acumen and credibility, with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Office skills and experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
