About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth at Fuel Storage Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales and Projects teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase revenue and market share.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Protect and promote the FSS brand reputation through excellent customer service and relationship building.
  • Motivate and lead the teams to maximise sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and credibility, with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
