Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Incommunities, a leading social housing landlord in the region. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Property Misdescriptions Act 2013 and the Financial Services Act.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a public-facing, target-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to commute to different locations across West Yorkshire.
- Competitive salary from £47,502 to £51,931 per year.
- £1,000 essential car user allowance per year, plus mileage.
