Sales Enablement L&D Specialist Opportunity

Huntress Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement L&D Specialist to join a global technology company on an initial 12-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to equip partner sales managers and sales trainers.
  • Collaborate with quality assessors to align and execute quality assurance processes.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews for partner sites and deliver monthly business reviews to sales leadership teams.
  • Evaluate team leader coaching sessions and provide feedback.
  • Drive and document call evaluation calibration sessions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Sales experience and L&D expertise.
  • Strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Experience with different sales methodologies and training frameworks.
